Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed in less than 3 business days, and no more than 5 days. Delivery typically takes roughly 7 to 10 business days within the U.S. and 10 to 14 days for international orders.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to most countries, unless specified. Duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility.
How can I track my order?
You'll get a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order ships. Check spam if you don't see it.
It is is recommended that you download the Shop app for realtime updates on your shipped order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us within 24 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to update it before it's printed or shipped.
Products & Sizing
How do the hoodies and sweaters fit?
Our hoodies are unisex and fit to size, however, it is good practice to refer to the size chart on each product page. If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up.
Are items made to order?
Items are made as advertised, described, and displayed.
How do I care for my merch?
Wash cold, inside out, and tumble dry low or hang dry to keep prints looking their best.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
Returns accepted within 30 days for unworn items in original condition; upon receipt, a full refund will be issued.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Email StephanieGayleMusicMerch@gmail.com with your order number and a photo within 7 days, and we'll make it right.

Do you have any current sales?
As of Sept. 28, 2026, yes we do! Our Hoodie Season sale gives 20% off all hoodies and sweaters with code HOODIESEASON2026 (up to 3 uses) through the end of fall.
Is there a first-order discount?
First-time customers get 15% off their first order.
